Terms & Conditions

Ticket Terms & Conditions​
By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending this event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Event details, including schedules, programming, guests, and vendors, are subject to change without notice. The organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove any attendee for conduct deemed disruptive or inappropriate. Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendance constitutes acceptance of all event policies and procedures.​

Author Terms & Conditions​
Authors must be approved to participate in Indy Lit Con 2026. Authors are responsible for their own inventory, promotional materials, setup, and staffing unless otherwise stated.​

A $50 deposit is required to secure participation and is non-refundable. All payments must be paid in full no later than April 16, 2026. The final day to register is April 16, 2026, and full payment is required at the time of registration.​

No refunds will be issued after February 16, 2026. If an author cancels their registration prior to February 16, 2026, the $50 deposit remains non-refundable. ​Event schedules and signing times are subject to change without notice.

Authors agree to act professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow participants at all times.​The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or inventory.​


Hotel Accommodations
The organizers are working to secure a hotel room block near the event venue for attending authors and their assistants. Authors are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodations. Discounted room rates, if secured, will be shared once the room block is finalized.​Authors who anticipate needing accommodations are encouraged to notify the organizers in advance to assist with planning.​

Narrator Terms & Conditions
Narrators participating in the event agree to all scheduling as determined by the organizers, which may be subject to change. Participation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Narrators grant permission for audio, video, and photographic recordings to be used for promotional purposes. Professional conduct is expected at all times. The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.​

Vendor Terms & Conditions
All vendors must be approved prior to participation. Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, display materials, staffing, and compliance with all applicable local laws, licenses, and tax requirements. Vendors may not share or sublease booth space without prior written approval from the organizers. The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise. Vendors agree to conduct business professionally and respectfully throughout the event.​
